 It seems that BMW are producing an X series vehicle to cater for every size, style and taste. The all new X6 is the newest X in the range and is described as the 1st “Sports Activity Vehicle” (Isn’t that what a Dodge Magnum is??)
It seems that BMW are producing an X series vehicle to cater for every size, style and taste. The all new X6 is the newest X in the range and is described as the 1st “Sports Activity Vehicle” (Isn’t that what a Dodge Magnum is??) The usual grille and sharp creases in the vehicle create a family aura compared to the X5 but the high waist, shallow side windows and chopped roofline (typical of today’s designs) couple this with short overhangs, great rear haunches and a huge hatchback rear door give it a much sportier feel than previous X´s. 
The X6 is the first BMW to feature their Dynamic Performance Control however the has the paddle shift gearbox comes as standard along with BMW´s proven X-drive technology, which splits torque between the front and rear wheels, which in turn sends instantaneous power to the wheel with the most grip. A tuned 4.8 V8 with 401bhp powerplant from the X5 is the flagship model. Other choices include the 3.0 Straight 6 Twin Turbo with 302bhp and two 3.0 diesel models with 282 or 232bhp.
